Located on the south side of Payette Lake, McCall provides ample opportunities for fun outings, no matter the season. Boise
The capitol of Idaho is a larger city, with about a half a million people, plenty of amenities, and close proximity to recreation like skiing, biking, and hiking. This is a great option for a family who’s not quite ready for a rural homestead, but still wants to be close to their favorite outdoor activities
Rathdrum
This town is located on the western edge of the state. While the population is just over 7,000, Rathdrum is only a few miles from Coeur d’Alene - which provides families with the feel of a small community while still close to this gorgeous resort city.
